"Our family had the blessing of attending Nudd Academy's forest camp this summer and we will now be signing up every year.

The schedule and sign up process is a breeze for a first timer and every interaction with Monica has been so lovely. You can feel the intentionality and purpose in every step she has taken to create this wonderful program. 

We have two young boys who came home every day from camp just beaming and eager to tell us all about the day's adventures. They gained a deeper confidence and security in themselves as a result of getting to explore the great outdoors, while being guided by Monica and the other camp helpers. One of the most telling moments we as a family experienced thanks to Monica's camp happened after my boys had enjoyed their first day of camp. My youngest (5 yrs old) is very active and does not ever sit still, most of the time he seems to be very busy inside his own mind, and it takes a lot of intentionality to get him to click into the present moment with you, and pay attention to what is happening “right now”. The very first night he came home from camp, he was so present and well regulated. He was noticing things in his environment at home and responding to things that normally he never clues into or notices at all.

I am so thankful for the growth my boys had this summer and for the mission in Monica’s heart. We are hooked!"
